1）大学全日制本科电力工程相关专业；
2）五年以上工程管理经验具备工业/商业建筑工程管理经验优先；
3）了解目前较先进的电气工程设备及智能化管理系统具有综合电气专业知识（包括强电、弱电及智能化工程）熟悉专业图纸并了解相关的施工图了解有关设计依据和验收标准、规范；
4）英语四级熟练使用Auto-CAD、Project、Excel、Word 等软件。
5）具备注册监理工程师一级注册建造师一级注册建筑师一级注册建构工程师证工程师职称者优先考虑。
1) Bachelor degree Electrical major or relevant major;
2) 5 years above related working experience in project management or with industrial/commercial buildings experience preferred;
3) Familiar with advanced electrical engineering machine and intelligent management system have comprehensive electrical knowledge(including strong electricity、weak current &Intelligence engineering)to learn professional drawings and relevant construction drawings、related design basis and acceptance criteria、standards;
4) CET 4 good command of Auto-CAD、Project、 Excel Word.
5）REGISTERED supervision engineer construction engineer architect structural engineer or with Engineering occupation recognitions would be preferred.
1）负责跟踪项目总体进度计划及分项施工进度计划督促施工单位按时完成机电工程进度计划；
2）负责巡视、检查施工单位机电工程质量、工程材料质量、监理质量及时发现问题并提出整改意见；
3）参与现场临电申报、三通一平和其他准备工作；
4）参与机电专业施工图设计的成果评审及施工图技术交底和答疑；
5）受理工程的机电专业设计变更、工程变更并跟踪落实情况；
6）定期对工程技术和工程管理问题进行研究、总结并形成书面资料作为个人和公司的工作案例汇总。
1) Responsible for the general project schedule and partial construction plan urge construction unit to finish the Electrical & Mechanical works on time;
2) Responsible for checking up the quality of Electrical & Mechanical、material、construction supervising units finding the problems and putting forward recomposed opinions in time;
3) Take part in declaring temporary electricity and other preparation work on construction site;
4) Take part in reviewing Electrical & Mechanical design drawings and technical communication & answering the questions;
5) Deal with the modification of Electrical & Mechanical design & project and implement the modification works;
6) Study and summarize engineering and engineering management issues regularly to form that into written information as work case summary of individuals and companies.
